The Verndale Custom Homes Advantage
What does custom design mean for you?
At Verndale Custom Homes, you’re not stuck with someone else’s floor plan or a few pre-selected designs. There are no limits to your imagination. Bring us your own design and we’ll build it for you. Or bring us your ideas. We’ll draw up the house that fits you and your family.
Why is factory-built better than on-site construction?
It saves you time! Our crews work full days inside our factory protected from adverse weather. And there’s no waiting for materials. Your house will be delivered as scheduled…usually 4-6 weeks from the time the floor joists are laid. Factory-built construction saves you money as well. Materials are protected from rain and snow so there’s no loss from weather damage. We’re large enough to purchase materials in quantity, so bulk buying keeps the cost down. And we have knowledgeable builder-dealers to help you with all of the preparation work.
What about quality?
We not only use the best materials and the finest craftsmanship, we build your home the way a house should be built. Your Verndale Custom Home is built in a single integrated unit for the soundest construction possible. With one-piece construction, the quality really is built in. Our homes meet or exceed Minnesota Power’s Triple-E Energy Efficient construction guildelines.
Now you can afford a one-of-a-kind Custom Home in today’s look-alike world!
