Back in February I was invited by Verndale Custom Homes to come and meet their staff and tour the plant. Personally I was skeptical of the product due to preconceived messages or thoughts and the fact that my husband and I have always built our own homes for personal use and for spec homes to be resold. This was a wonderful opportunity to see the quality of work that was guaranteed in these fine homes.
I was surprised and impressed by the layout of the plant, the staff and the extra steps taken in building each home individually. The product is protected from weather and can be built safely in an enclosed building. You choose your flooring, doors, cabinets, windows, knobs and your floor plan – customized to your specifications. The quality of the product has changed my beliefs and I would love to see buyers of Marion Lake Vista Estates bring in these types of homes.
