The first part of this cooperative process involves our designers and you. You may have only an inkling of what you are looking for, or you may have, in your head, every board and every nail already in place. No matter how formed or unformed your ideas, our expert sales-people and designers will help you make sure your home is just what you want. Our sales-people listen to you describe your home and look at any sketches that you may have made. Then they help the designers translate that into floor-plans for your approval. This is the first tangible aspect of your new home picking out particulars. Now, it's time to start building.

We've designed the building process at Verndale Custom Homes to be as efficient, and as easy for you as possible. At any time in the building process you are welcome to stop by and see how your home is coming along.

Your home is going to be built entirely inside our factory. Building inside protects your home from the elements of nature,and helps to keep costs low. Every Verndale Custom Home meets or exceeds current building codes,

When your home is completed, we deliver it in one piece to your foundation. Then we go back to work, and leave you to enjoy your home, no longer a dream, but a reality.
