How much does a home typically cost?
The average price for a home is around $75/square foot. This price fluctuates depending on what you would like in it and how much you would like completed in your home.
What does this price include?
The average home has cabinets (oak or hickory), oak doors and trim, all bath and plumbing fixtures installed, and is wired into 200 amp panel. This price also includes sales tax and moving/setting the home onto your foundation.
All you need to do is give us an idea of what you would like. Our drafters will put it on the computer, and our estimator will get a price on it for you. All of this is free to you.
Absolutely. Our only limitations are that we need to keep it at 28’x70’ or under, and we can’t do 2 stories, or a loft.
We can certainly help you obtain it. We have many resources available to us to fit into anyone’s situation.
We have a 10 year warranty on basic construction. All the products in your home are warranted by the company that manufactures them.
Our homes have maximum dimensions of 28' x 70' and they are built and shipped in one piece.

The moving cost in included in the cost estimate you receive on your home.
We’ll deliver a house to pretty much anywhere in Minnesota. We also move houses as far as eastern North Dakota and Wisconsin.
Most of the time people build the garage on-site. But we can get you shingles, siding, soffit, and windows to match your house.
Typically, we can build a home in about 4-5 weeks.
